- Add pid support
- Remove em_proxy since we rely on StosVPN
- Fix alert position issue when app is not in fullscreen mode
- Remove get-task-allow alert and replace with "No Debuggable App Found" screen. The screen looks like this:

@hugeBlack em_proxy is still needed because StikDebug uses a built in vpn. |
